Shipping Policy
At Alvé, every piece is made to complement your wardrobe with ease and elegance. To keep our collection curated and accessible, many of our items are shipped directly from our trusted production partners and warehouses abroad. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union and selected European destinations. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@alveofficial.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters processing. Processing usually takes between 1 and 5 business days. During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses abroad, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
For most European destinations, the estimated delivery window after dispatch is generally between 7 and 20 business days. In some cases, such as remote areas, customs delays, or peak seasons, delivery may take longer. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@alveofficial.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist.
Shipping Fees
We offer transparent and simple shipping rates within the European Union.
-> Standard Shipping (7–20 business days): €5.90
-> Free Standard Shipping on orders over €50.00
Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer additional promotional shipping incentives, which will be clearly indicated on our website or during the checkout process. Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of error on our part.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in the same order may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. This can happen when products are fulfilled by different partner warehouses. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, where available, and this will not affect your total shipping cost at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email. It may take a few business days after dispatch for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time or if tracking appears inactive for an extended period, please contact us and we will review the status of your shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other charges applied by your local customs authority according to local regulations. Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping fees displayed at checkout.
Alvé is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once the shipment reaches your country. If you refuse to pay any applicable duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed, any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by any return shipping, customs or handling fees incurred.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Alvé is not responsible for non-delivery, loss, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping the order.
Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages
If delivery is attempted and the parcel is not collected or is refused without prior arrangement, the package may be returned to our logistics partners or marked as unclaimed. In such cases, any re-shipment or refund (where applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional shipping or handling costs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, or if it arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alveofficial.com. For damaged items, we may ask for clear photographs of the parcel and the product so that we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Alvé is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information.
Changes to Orders and Shipping Details
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel your order or change the delivery address after it has been confirmed. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
Relationship with Return & Refund Policy
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy. In case of any inconsistency between the estimated delivery time and the timelines used for returns or cancellations, the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy will apply, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
